AEO reports

Run your first AEO visibility report

Choose meaningful prompts, run a baseline, inspect evidence, and save the first set of responsible visibility observations.

Define the question first

Open AEO Visibility and begin with a customer question connected to a real buying or research decision. Use wording a person might naturally enter into an answer system.

Keep the first run focused

Start with a small, representative question set. Include the brand only when you intentionally want a branded query; otherwise use category, problem, service, or location language.

Run and preserve the baseline

Start the report and allow it to finish before changing the inputs. Save the date, prompt, provider context, and response so future comparisons have a reliable reference.

Review the response, not only the score

Check whether the brand is mentioned, whether sources are cited, whether facts are accurate, and which alternatives appear. A score summarizes observations; the underlying response explains them.

Create the next action

Choose one evidence-backed improvement and add it to Growth Plan. Examples include correcting a business fact, publishing a clear service explanation, strengthening a location page, or improving structured information.

Repeat responsibly

Re-run comparable prompts after the improvement has had time to be discovered. Do not treat ordinary response variation as proof that one change caused movement.
