Getting started

Getting started with AEO Pro Studio

Set up your workspace, confirm core business details, run a first measurement, and turn the result into one focused task.

Before you begin

Have your business name, primary website, main location, target audience, and the products or services you most want to be discovered for. Using accurate inputs makes every later report more useful.

1. Complete workspace setup

After signing in, follow the activation checklist. Confirm the workspace name and business context, then add the people who need access. Keep one workspace focused on one brand so its reports and recommendations remain coherent.

2. Build the brand foundation

Open Brand Library and record the facts the platform should use as reference: positioning, offers, locations, audience, and approved visual assets. Use language customers actually recognize. Avoid unsupported claims or keyword-heavy descriptions.

3. Choose a real discovery question

Start with a question a prospect might ask before choosing a provider. Specific questions such as “Who provides emergency commercial plumbing in Austin?” produce clearer observations than broad prompts such as “best business.”

4. Establish a baseline

Run one supported AEO visibility report and, where relevant, an SEO audit or local grid scan. A baseline is a dated observation—not a guarantee of how every person or system will respond.

5. Pick one priority

Review the report and choose the clearest issue: inaccurate facts, missing service explanations, weak location coverage, or an unanswered customer question. Open Tasks, refresh recommendations from your reports, choose one focused action, and record it as complete after verifying the change.

6. Measure again consistently

Use the same core question and comparable settings when you repeat a scan. Consistency makes changes easier to interpret. Provider, model, location, and index updates can still affect results.

Your first-session checklist

  • Workspace and core business facts are complete.
  • At least one meaningful question or keyword is tracked.
  • A baseline report has been saved.
  • One focused improvement is assigned.
  • A date is set to measure again.

If something does not load

Refresh once, confirm you are in the intended workspace, and check whether the feature is included in your plan. If the issue continues, contact support with the workspace name, feature, expected result, and a screenshot that contains no sensitive data.

Didn’t find the answer?

Tell us your workspace name, the page or feature, what you expected, and what happened. Include a screenshot only if it contains no sensitive information.

We aim to respond within two business days.
