Local visibility
Run a local grid scan
Connect the correct business, configure a geographic grid, and interpret local coverage without over-reading one scan.
Updated June 15, 2026
Connect the correct business
Open Local Grid and connect the verified business profile when prompted. Confirm the business name and location before running a scan.
Choose a realistic keyword and area
Use a service or category customers search locally. Center the grid on the real service area and choose coverage appropriate to how far customers reasonably travel.
Run the baseline
Start the scan and preserve its keyword, center, spacing, date, and business selection. Grid points are sampled observations and may differ because of proximity, competition, profile relevance, and provider changes.
Read the pattern
Look for broad zones of strength or weakness rather than reacting to one point. Compare the map with actual service boundaries and known competitors.
Improve legitimate local signals
Keep profile facts accurate, strengthen useful location and service information, earn genuine reviews, and maintain consistent business details. Never create fake locations or incentivized reviews.
Compare consistently
Use comparable grid settings for later scans. Seasonal demand, profile changes, and search-system updates can influence movement.
